You sit and focus on the colours .you start on the end cream then red and work your way up to the cream on the top, as you hit the cream on the top you focus back on the end cream again and back up again through the colours till you feel calmer.This chart is for those people who are looking at computer screens every day.These colours will gradually calm you down to a more relaxed state.You should visualise where you were before you started the chart and see how you are now .it will work on anger, tiredness, stress and fatigue .The Meanings of all these colours work on a principle of hertz’s vibration and the secret of the healing is the constant focus on the colours and visualise each colour with your eyes. The cream is the gathering of the colours into your mind to relax you.Cream represents lower and a higher hertz’s so when you leave from the top of the cream it is the highest hertz’s in the chakra’s field it is also the lowest on the hertz’s. So when you drop from the high cream and start on the lower cream you are calming yourself down to visualise yourself going back up again through the colours once more.There is a meaning of every colour when you focus on each colour everyone is attracted to different colours.  When you feel yourself focusing on a colour that could be where your problem lies in your charkas or hertz’s frequencies.So when you focus on the chart over and over again that’s when you are doing your healing when a colour stands out.When a colour stands out more in your mind that’s where the problem could lie in your body don’t stay focused on the colour to long work your way up and down to the cream.
